Help with Batya [Discussion]

So my Batya quest is stuck on “Find the Bogatyr squads personal notes”. I’ve looked everywhere online and watched videos to see where all of the items are and I even went back through all of the item locations to see if I missed any. I’m 99% sure I have all of them and I also have intel center 3. Anyone else know how to progress this? Losing my mind.
