Do you ever have a good experience ripping retail product?

It tends to be a bunch of base cards and a non-numbered one in every pack/box parallel of a bench warmer or simply base inserts.

I like the entertainment value of ripping and the surprise of what you get but the value proposition seems ludicrous when blasters are $40 or whatever and you’re pulling $2 worth of cards out of there on a good day.

The price has become way too high to be getting nothing of note most of the time and no guarantee of anything vaguely worth having.

The odds of getting a hit are just silly low for the price you have to pay.
