Trying to figure out what character has this move.

I could swear that some character has a j.2H or some sort of air special, where it uses your smash spiking them downward, and regardless of your height, the opponent will bounce back up to your position.

I could swear I’m not dreaming this move up, but I cannot for the love of me find it. If anyone knows who or what I’m referring to please let me know. Or tell me I’m crazy
