Can I Breastfeed second after not being able to the first baby?

With my first, my hormones were everywhere and I ended up with oversupply and “rocks” while I couldn’t feed her in the nicu for a month. After that, the lactation consultant had me die down on pumping to lower supply then it stopped completely and I wasn’t able to breastfeed anymore. I am currently expecting and looking forward to being able too, is there hope? Should I get excited? Is it possible? I can already feel the milk mamas growing at 8weeks pregnant 😭
