Long-lasting earbuds for tight and waxy ears with low leakage?

I have used Moondrop for the longest time, however, I have the Golden Ages and they only lasted me very little over a year before the charging contacts on the earbuds have receded so much that I need to struggle with them for 20 minutes for them to even charge to 20%. They were around $100, and I'd like earbuds to last longer than a year for that much money. I like to listen to noisy music, and because I have small and fairly waxy ears, I struggle with noise bleeding a lot. Does anyone have a suggestion? My budget is around $125, but if they'll last me a lot longer I can save up to go over.
