Is the MSI MAG 274QP QD-OLED worth it for ~400€?

My ~3-year-old MSI G274QPF-QD IPS monitor developed a minor display issue, so I’m likely getting a refund.

I’m now looking at replacements around the same budget and found this:

MSI MAG 274QP QD-OLED X24 – 27", 1440p, 240Hz, QD-OLED – ~406€

Compared to my current monitor:
MSI G274QPF-QD – 27", 1440p, 170Hz IPS, Quantum Dot, HDR400

The price difference is only ~50€ after refund.

My questions:

• Is this QD-OLED a good monitor for long-term use?
• How noticeable is the upgrade from a good IPS (like mine) to OLED in real use?
• Any concerns about burn-in with normal mixed gaming + desktop use?
• Are there better alternatives around ~400–500€?
