Don’t know what to do after gap year

I’m an 18 year old guy from Canada who took a gap year because I wasn’t sure of what I wanted to do.

I’ve chosen to do a business degree at a college (2 year degree) and my parents have enough saved to pay for the 2 years. I chose business because I plan to be an entrepreneur and start my own small business while working in the trades after graduation, or networking and getting a job in finance or sales.

A big problem I’ve had this year is that I feel very socially isolated. I only have one close friend and I’m single. Going to this school won’t put me in debt, I can live on residence and I’ll meet a bunch of new people and put myself out there. I also struggle with confidence and self esteem.

I know the consensus nowadays is that school doesn’t have good ROI, and I’m kind of unsure of going since I can use the money saved up for my school towards starting my own business and working in the trades. But then again my social circle probably won’t improve if I do this

What do you guys think? I’d be happy to hear any thoughts.
