At what dosage did you begin losing weight?

I'm on 50 and so far feel nothing but just tired and just weird...hard to explain. Losing hope. Naltrexone didn't work, wellbutrin didn't work. Can't do stimulants. Ozempic not covered....topiramate got work...please.

Doc says won't go above 125 for me cause I'm already on a bunch of meds for bipolar, sleep, etc.
