12 mile ruck altitude gain

what is the altitude gain like on the 12 mile ruck? I always ruck on a trail that has a a mild but consistent up and down to it, my last ruck was 5 miles and there was 408 ft elevation gain. I’m wondering about the terrain cause when i do my diagnostic ruck to see where im at idk how to gauge if its actually realistic or not for selectio.
