30th anniversary set question

Can someone please explain to a new collector why the upcoming 30th anniversary set sounds like it's going to be unaffordable, when the Celebrations Classic set from 2021 isn't that expensive to collect?

Other than scalpers and crypto bros trying to retire early. Thank you kindly.
