HOA insurance recs that allow rentals?

Hello, I live in a 2-unit condo building in SF built in early 1900s and one of the owners is transitioning his property to a rental, which means we need to change our master insurance policy to accommodate this. Has anyone gone through this recently that has recommendations of carriers or brokers?

It seems the age of our building combined with the 50% renter occupancy is challenging to find policies for that aren't in the surplus market and have major exclusions.
