Can the blood of non humans be used in thinblood alchemy?

General Discussion

the thinblood alchemy mechanics imply that most thinblood concotions are created from the mixture of a thinblood own blood and a regular humans, but can the blood of other splat be used as well? like dhampyr (the ones who are children of thinbloods themselves) and werewolfs are canonwise explicitly part humans themselves and their blood alredy has effects on vampires when directly consumed (werewolfes specifically are implied to nudge vampire to frenzy) and since thinblood alchemy is alredy kinda loose with its implied upper limit and is a practice that is modern and currently being expanded by its practioners (with them excencially having created most current brews through experimentation) could they eventually incorporate other forms of blood into their art? creating new concotions with stronger or more exotic effects?
