Does anyone have experience with ordering vegan food?

I say this because my vegan burger and even vegan wrap has tasted like so gross like it had rubbish in it.

Im afraid if i clcik the allergy requests in my ordering app they will make it like the same because they think i want all the things in the allergy request.

My theory is ive done this before and they think i want all of it mashed together. When its meant to be i want none of those things.

Anyone had the same experience with ordering takeaways and food deliveries?

Please help asap.
