Kindbody insurance at RMA

Need info!

Hi!

Has anyone used their Kindbody insurance at RMA? My employer has Kindbody fertility benefits. I have zero desire to go to Kindbody due to the reviews, but may be interested in going to RMA locally which is a partner clinic. However, I don't understand quite how it works with my insurance. Has anyone done this and were there any billing issues? I was told that RMA may run through my lifetime max benefits faster than if I had gone to Kindbody.

Thanks!
