Heil stage 5

So my 83 year old grandmother has a heil stage 5 ac/furnace unit with a observer thermostat, from what I have been told it’s about 10 year old now and was suppose to be top of the line setup when it first came out. About 4 years ago she called someone bc it was broke and they said the blower motor went out so they replaced. 2 more years go by so 2024 and the same thing they said blower motor went out and they replaced the “board” (not sure if he meant the drive module or what bc I’m not familiar with hvac but am familiar with Variable speed drives, VFD a little bit) well here we are and the same man says it went out again and when I asked how he said “honestly bad luck”. Anyone attest to chalking this up as bad luck ? Also about 24 hours after he left the blower motor started working somehow and he couldn’t believe. So I guess I’m just asking is my intuition about this man correct and he’s either just incompetent at his job or trying to take advantage of my grandma?
