Like basically, let her get hurt by other characters due to their flaws and issues.

Let them actually apologize to her and let her actually be justifiably upset with them and I'm not even saying i misunderstand Erika's statement but still.

There's clearly something building up with Lucifer and Lilith and Charlie's estranged relationship with both of them(less on Lucifer but it's clear he is a fuck up and getting better)

It's like..Ok,if Vaggi's big flaw is her devotion to Charlie and lack of identity outside of that, actually show it as a character flaw.

Show it hurting others and herself and let her grow out of it.

Her deciding a name for herself was a good start but that's all It is,a start.

It just feels like it's rare that Charlie can actually be in the right with her frustration or her optimistic and kind/good hearted nature except with trusting and giving Pentious another chance but otherwise, she's just seen as dumb or foolish.

Really I can count on 1 hand the amount of character who actually respect her as a person and her dream.

Vaggi(kinda),Pentious, Nifty and Emily.

Lucifer does support his dreams but still, he has a lot of work to do.

Basically I really hope S3 and onwards let's Charlie be right more and actually show why she matters to the hotel and is important to it instead of being nothing more then a screw up the hotel doesn't needs.

She could likely leave the hotel and it would thrive without her cause apparently all she does is make things worse(as per most of the Fandom would say at times but whatever).

I think I just found it annoying how so much of the season currently is mainly "Charlie hurts others due to her flaws" and almost never vice versa.
