Need help Optimizing/Building a Felothar the Steadfast CEDH deck!

I've played magic for a while but am newer to higher bracket play, I'm currently tying to build a "bracket 4" Felothar the Steadfast deck. I've made general outline of for themes and win cons in the deck but I'm 16cards over. Looking for advice, which cards are standout instant cuts and which cards can be optimized and swapped for other cards. Thanks in advance for all the help, looking forward to reading your advice!
