SOL HV emails regarding debt collection

I wanted to ask po what to do regarding emails from SOL. My mama received countless emails regarding visits. She loaned po sa Salmon and then everytime she paid, lumalabas lang na interest lang yung nabayaran nya
For example, her loan was around 10k and she paid 1,500 every kinsenas for 5 mo/s, then on the records interest lang nabayaran. Umabot na I think sa around 25k with interest ang debt ni mama ko.

Need help what to do or any helpful advices po.
