How do I blend text with my digitized tape footage?

Currently making a music video, it was all recorded on VHS-C (which I've since digitized).

I have a standard VHS looking font, but I'm looking to give it some chromatic aberration + other VHS style effects to help it feel a bit more natural with the rest of the video.

I'm new to the program (last editing software was Vegas 14...) so any help would be appreciated! I know my way around video editing, but not Davinci, so I'm mainly looking for advice on what built in effects would best fit my needs.
