Where did you install roof racks for carrying kayaks?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to carry a kayak on my 2011 Toyota Camry and need to get a roof rack installed. I got a quote from Rack Attack for around $1,000 CAD (including crossbars and installation), which seems pretty expensive to me.

Is that a normal price these days, or am I being overcharged?
