Jules Sugar Daddy Was The Plastic Surgeon

I just realized that it's highly likely that Ellis is the plastic surgeon in which alamo was sending those girls. It's not unlikely he didn't travel for work and leave Jules not only to see his family, but to travel down to the border to do the surgery on the girls. I feel like this would be the biggest fuck you to Rue by Alamo, like Jules was almost trapped in the penthouse by someone working with Alamo. Could be reaching, what do you think?
