Politics..Outside looking in

I live outside the Philippines and I have nag change na din ng citizenship, but I would follow Philippine politics from time to time. I can say I am someone who is from the outside looking in and I have few thoughts and unanswerable questions

1. Hindi ko sure if na rerealize ito ng mga tao sa Pinas, that ang mga politicians nila they push too much on the political color, so their followers get extreme like pag sa team Violet ka dapat mag agree ka lang sa beliefs ng team Violet, if by any instance nag agree ka kahit isa lang sa beliefs ng team Lime Green, then team Violet will tag you as “Lime green ka pala eh!” (and vv). Do people not realize that this is by design ng mga politicians? That these extreme behaviours and color idolatry divides people, and the more divided the population the easier to corrupt the system because all you have to do is distract them (people) and they will fight each other like mga manok sa sabungan..

2. With what’s happening lalo na sa Senate..it is obvious to me that it is to delay or stop the flood control probe, pero bakit color idolatry parin ang mga nakikita ko everywhere? When the way to go is stop mentioning political color and just keep pushing for the flood control probe to start asap. The craziness happening in the senate is not about color anymore, it’s about politicians involved wanting to bury it so their name stays hidden kahit pa magkanda matay ang mga tao this coming typhoon season..which is ilang buwan nalang.

I am far from the motherland but I get frustrated with what’s happening so I cannot imagine everyone in the Philippines right now who are experiencing the extreme inadequacies.
