Was the 1964 Carnegie Hall concert recorded in any way? What happened?

I'd love to see and/or hear footage from the February 12, 1964 concert at Carnegie Hall. It's a bit of a mystery to me why there isn't prominent footage.

Is footage available? Do we have any details from that night?

Seems like a very prominent venue and I would love to learn as much as possible! Thank you so much.
