Im so stressed and nervous about work tmrw….i made a big mistake (?)

So I’ve talked to one of my coworkers a lot over the weekend, so i followed him on insta (his acc was easy to find, I’m not a stalker) bbut he hasn’t followed me back, I’m so worried. he’s been really nice to me tho and we talked a lot at work, does he hate me now? Imma move to another planet bro
