2010 Santa Fe with 64,000km....should I buy?

Hi there!

I'm looking to get some insight on whether or not I should purchase a 2010 Santa Fe. I've been doing a fair amount of research and he's what I've come up with. I'm not sure if it's a GL or Limited trim but I'm fairly sure it's a GL. Also not sure if it has any navigation or entertainment system, which isn't really an issue for me.

Pros:

- It's got very low mileage (64,000km)

- One owner (and older fella that has taken great care of it)

- It's be parked in a garage for it's whole life

- No rust/dents/dings or scratches

- Engine/interior look basically brand new.

- 3.5 L V6 Lambda II engine, plenty of power for me and not the dreaded Theta II engine

- No accidents

- AWD model (good and bad) I do like that's it's AWD as I'm in the mountains/snow/fire roads often

Cons:

- Asking price is a bit high ($10k CDN) but the price is negotiable...Hoping to get it down to around $8000 - $8500 which is still a bit high but with the low mileage, one owner and the shape the car is in, $8000 - $8500 is a fair price I think?

- AWD model. I've read this can be problematic but usually no not until there is a lot more mileage put on the car.

- Private sale so there will be no warranties.

- It's a 16 year old car (however very well maintained)

I haven't had a chance to test drive it yet but am hoping to do so in the next couple day.

Anyone have any thoughts/advice/things to consider/things I should be concerned with?
