Notchy shifting

So I’ve had my 2019 gti 6MT for just a little over a month and starting about a week ago, I noticed when I shift into any gear it’s notchy as in it feels like it’s two movements Instead of just one smooth shift. It was perfectly fine the day before and on my way to work the day after is when I noticed it so it happened very suddenly and I’ve just been driving it normally. I also wanna add that I bought it from a dealership and according to the carfax they serviced the car it also has 55k miles and is completely stock. does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?
