Experiences with codine, endo and nausea?

I basically take 500mg naproxen, paracetamol, codeine 60mg every 6hs while on my period. I don't normally feel sick from codeine so I can't tell.

My pain has been getting worse. I can still feel it and hurt. I also have a endometrioma cysts that 3-4cms. I want to know your experiences and whether this nausea could be period related or med side affects. But my god my knees hurt
