Mucus help plz mouth

Does anyone here have bubbly stuff nonstop entering their mouth?? Day and night?!? Lik mucus / saliva mixed together bubbles I can post pics in comment to explain better how to stop it? It keeps accumulating too close to my mouth is the problem and then it won’t stop seeping in
