Any guidance please?

I’m a graduate from a Government Medical College in Mumbai. From batch 2020, I’ve just completed my internship. I started preparing for neet after my internship ended in April. It’s only been a month since I’ve started preparing. NEET is in 3 months. My internship was dreadful due to which I couldn’t study consistently and prepared for the first 2 months or so when I had my PSM posting. Unfortunately I had the worst time table possible with 3 months of psm being at the start of internship. I did study but I was pretty chill plus I was precisely focusing for USMLE step 1. Mid year I changed my mind to shift to neet pg, but didn’t get any time to study after June 2025.
Cutting the story short, I’m here to ask for the best colleges private or deemed (all over India) if money was not a concern. I don’t wish to take a drop, and I need to end this cycle this year itself. I’m trying my level best for neet pg this year but if I fall short, could anyone recommend me the best medical colleges in India if rank wasn’t a concern (same for money)

P. S. : Kindly tell me the best private/deemed colleges across the country for specialties like Derma/Radio if money was not a concern.
