Emergency cercalage

I had emergency cercalage at 21 weeks recently with 9 mm short cervix length. Just want some advice what can I do to make my pregnancy to term. Please suggest me how much effective it will be ? I am also on progesterone for bed time. Feeling very anxious some time. Need some suggestions please and what usually symptoms cercalage ladies experiencing?
