Cage liner/bedding

My bird loves to pick at her newspaper through the grate of her cage and rip it up, the only issue i have is that once shes done ripping the paper all of her poops fall onto the plastic tray and its a pain to clean. Does anyone have any reccomendations for a different type of liner or bedding that can be used?
