Pausing spiro

Hi! So I’ve been on 25mg of spiro for 3 months for hormonal acne. Overall, being on spiro has been the most helpful thing for my acne but it’s certainly not cleared yet. I have an appointment with my derm in 1 week where I’m most likely going to up my dosage but just ran out of pills and my derm hasn’t approved a refill. So I’m just at a standstill with my derm and the pharmacy and will likely be unable to take pills/get a refill for about a week. I’m extremely anxious about all of my progress being lost. Any advice/experience pausing spiro for a week? 🫠🫠
