Uber eats support is completely useless and trash

I had a delivery today that when I got to the customer the cops were there questioning the customer. I gave them the food and then left. Well, I did not realize because I was trying to be quick because the cop was standing there waiting. So I ended up getting screwed because there was a pin. I contacted Support because there was no option for me to mark delivered. It only said contact customer or contact support. I obviously could not contact the customer because the police were there questioning them. Support told me I would have to wait for the timer to expire and then take a picture. How am I supposed to take a picture if I handed the food to the customer. Like what is the point of even having support if they are basically useless and don’t do anything. Like we might as well just fire them and not have support at all because they basically don’t do anything to help. I’ve had more issues with Support than I have had just figuring it out myself.

Support is from some other country in the middle of nowhere probably half of them don’t even speak English or sound like they are from the US. But they give them fake names half the time so that they sound like English names. Like either give us support or stop taking my money saying that you are paying for it because I could probably make a lot more money if they were not paying these useless agents who don’t even do anything, then again they probably wouldn’t even give it to us they would use it for something else. They just love to underpay us and Have crappy service when we actually need something. The pay is decent sometimes. But sometimes I wished I had other options that I did not have to deal with all the bullshit cause I feel like if I had other options, you would not be able to pay me enough to deal with this.

Like somebody please tell me why we even have support if 99% at a time they say that their hands are tied and they can’t do anything. It’s not like we have rights anyways they say. So why give us support if we have no rights and we can’t see them or fight them per the policy.
