Weird rushing feeling to the forefront of my head in things like fear on Mirtazapine

It's been 2d since I tried Mirtazapine 15mg for severe anxiety. I was on three anti-depressants before (Zoloft, Bupropion and Venlafaxine) which made things much worse than before. Needless to say my patience and trust for antidepressants is virtually non existent.

I'm noticing the medication is making me more angry and irritable, something that isn't welcome. However the big issue is that (in the context of things like experiencing fear or surprise), I get this weird rushing feeling to the forefront of my head (prefrontal cortex), almost like it's amplifying the effect.

Has anyone felt this, and can someone identify exactly what this is?
