GULC Interview Slots Full

I got an interview invitation yesterday, but none of the available time slots work for me. I emailed the interview coordinator right after I got the email but have not received a response yet. When I woke up this morning, the sign-up form showed, "The event is currently at capacity." Should I send another email, or will the sign-up form automatically update once new time slots become available? Appreciate any insight thank you!
