Moving to Dallas end of July

I’m relocating to north Dallas with my family in a couple months. I’m 36f my fiancé is 38m and we have kids ranging from 12 to 4. Looking to get some advice on where to move around the Frisco/Allen/plano areas with a 2600 budget. Want a 4 bed home or townhome with great spots to take kids to hang and great schooling. Any advice would be amazing.
