Spain visa from BLS London

Hi, I have applied for visa Spain from London on 8th May but still not receiving anything. My travel date when applied is 10th July but I have an important flight on 17th June. I wonder whether i should withdraw my application or not

So i have a few questions hoping for advices here:

- Do you guys think my passport will return before 17th June?
- Does anyone from 8th May already have the pp back?
- How long does it take to receive the pp back after submit the cancellation application?
