best multivitamin for women that covers hormones and energy not just the basics
my doctor ran a full panel and my b12 and folate came back low even tho i been taking a womens multi for months. then i looked at the label after and it had folic acid, not methylfolate. kinda frustrated that i didnt catch that sooner. now looking for something with actual bioavailable forms like methylated b vitamins, d3 not d2 that kind of thing. not trying to go back to taking 6 separate pills either.
for those of you who went through the whole process of finding a better formula, what ended up being the thing that made you switch and do you feel like it made a difference on your next labs?
