Cash Withdrawl

I will be receiving a wire transfer from the US Treasury of several thousand dollars soon. I will need to withdraw the entire amount as cash to purchase a vehicle. The last time I made a withdrawal of cash in the amount of several thousand dollars it turned into an absolute nightmare.

To sum that experience up , I opened up the account online and then walked into a branch and deposited a check from the US Treasury for several thousand dollars. After the hold had been removed I attempted to withdraw the money and was told I could not withdrawl any money from my account at all, not a single penny. What ensued was several compliants, police involvement, Wells Fargo creating a completely false story, then denying the incident ever occured and then after months of denying it finally admitting that it did in fact happen and the reason for it was because my account was "flagged".

I would really like to avoid all of that drama and bull shit and simply walk into the bank and be handed my money. What do I need to do to make that happen?
