You can murder one innocent person and permanently erase all evil from existence. Would you do it?
You discover, beyond any doubt, that there are two human beings who are literally tied to the objective concepts of Good and Evil.
They are identical twin brothers named Gojo and Sukuna. Both are 18 years old.
Gojo is tied to Good.
Sukuna is tied to Evil.
Neither brother is responsible for what they are tied to. Both are genuinely good people. They are kind, compassionate, law abiding, and have never done anything that would make them deserve punishment. They have families, friends, goals, and people who love them.
If Gojo is murdered, all Good instantly disappears from existence. Love, compassion, mercy, generosity, justice, selflessness, and every other form of objective Good cease to exist everywhere.
If Sukuna is murdered, all Evil instantly disappears from existence. Cruelty, hatred, greed, malice, corruption, and every other form of objective Evil cease to exist everywhere.
If both brothers are murdered, existence itself immediately ends.
The brothers are otherwise normal humans. If either of them dies from old age, illness, an accident, self defense, natural causes, or any cause other than murder, nothing happens.
The effect only occurs if another person intentionally and knowingly murders them.
You know all of this with absolute certainty.
You have the opportunity to murder Gojo, murder Sukuna, murder both of them, or leave them alone.
What do you choose and why?
