spirit? woke me up at night

iso those who specialize in spirits(?)

is there anyone who specializes in seeing harmful spirits? one woke me up yesterday at night in a very invasive way. she looked like a women and kept kissing my face, she looked very dark incould not see her well. when i tried to pull away, she kept pulling me in and then started biting my left side of me forehead. it hurt so much i work up completely then, but then she was gone. i was spooked then, but now im wondering what it may have wanted from me and how i can send it away.

i do not know anything about shamanism here, i have had little exposure to east asian shamanism because i am korean
