note to self: pepto bismol is not your friend

dear self and whoever else needs to hear it i know you were panicking and desperate to get rid of your indigestion but do not touch that pepto bismol. do not do it. it is now day 4 of no bowel movement and severe acid reflux……. your chest tightness is so bad its difficult to walk because youre wheezing every-time you stand up. now ur panic loop is worse because ur chest is tight as hell like a baby elephant is sitting on it and you cant find relief 🙃 also ur doctor may never respond to your cry for help
