Any tips for scaling?

For context I’ve been using nomadsculpt for 3d modeling parts and am having trouble getting precise measurements out of my models for hobby projects, are there any things I can use in the app (I am aware of the cube array trick with each representing one mm) or any other apps I can export my models to for scaling?
