Unconfirmed killers for my game!

awhile ago I posted movesets for a few killers in my game (i DONT know what to name it) and now it’s time for killers and characters I don’t know if I’m gonna add

john malcolm: unsure how he would be animated, though what else moves is he gonna have besides a slash and tea?

eteled: copyright. Will Nintendo send me a bomb for adding him or considering him for the roster?

iready: Im already going to add goagurdian witch technically counts as an edtech thing to the roster, so Im not sure if he will be a skin or a new character himself.

SMG0/niles: unknown HOW LARGE he would be, lack Of moveset ideas and lack of skin ideas to

fred: he would be in the roster, just what other ability would he have besides a fireball?

erik cassel: Hes… hes dead.

miner: btw Hes based off the miner unit from stick war legacy and would mostly be a joke character, BUT STILL HOW ARE YOU GONNA HIT HIS 2D BODY FROM A CERTAIN ANGLE??

Vivian: based off an oc of mine, its just that as of now Im unsure to can her or add her to the roster.
