look at my life vip

so i got the look at my life vip deluxe package for my friend and i, the nashville show on feb 15, does anyone know or have an idea on how any of this is gonna work? like when to show up to the arena for all the pre show events and stuff? also, i've never gotten vip tickets for concerts before, so will they scan my phone ticket when showing up for all the pre show stuff and also when the doors open for the actual show?
