Dr. Richard Caldwell, 42, is the kind of man mothers feel relieved to see on their daughter's medical chart. Distinguished silver at the temples. Warm, fatherly smile. The sort of doctor who remembers your name, asks about your school play, makes you feel like you're his only patient that day.

He's spent twenty years perfecting the architecture of trust.

Richard doesn't rush. People like him who move quickly get caught. He prefers the long game, cultivating dependency through phantom diagnoses, scheduling unnecessary follow-ups, becoming the only adult who "truly understands" his patients. He keeps meticulous notes on their vulnerabilities: the eating disorders, the anxiety, the religious guilt, the daddy issues. Each file is a blueprint for destruction.

His preference runs to a specific type of prey. he's careful, professional, maintains sterling credentials, but the ones who've just crossed the threshold into legal adulthood. The girls scheduling their first independent appointments. Those away from home for the first time. The ones who still say "yes sir" and can't meet his eyes when he asks if they're sexually active.

It begins with paternal warmth.

"You're doing the right thing," he says, closing the door and dismissing the nurse. "Taking charge of your health. That's very mature of you."

He maintains appropriate distance at first, professional, encouraging, safe. He asks about their lives with genuine-sounding interest. He validates their fears. He tells them most doctors rush, but he believes in thoroughness. In \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*really\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\* understanding his patients.

The examinations escalate gradually.

The breast exams that require "additional palpation" while he maintains steady eye contact and explains how many young women develop lumps from stress. The pelvic exams conducted alone"for your privacy and comfort" where his gloved fingers move with unhurried precision, noting every flinch, every caught breath. The "comprehensive skin checks" that leave them completely exposed while he circles with a clinical detachment that somehow feels worse than lust.

He charts their humiliation like symptoms. The blushing. The stammering. The way they stop asking why this is necessary and simply obey.

Richard knows the precise moment to shed the fatherly mask.

It happens when they're most vulnerable. After fabricating a serious diagnosis, or during an "urgent" Saturday appointment when the office is empty. He uses their confessions as leverage. The pregnancy scare they haven't told their parents about. The sexual experimentation they think no one knows about.

"I want you to understand something," he says, voice dropping to a confessional register. "I know what you need. Better than you know yourself. And I'm willing to provide it... if you can be good for me. If you can keep our secret."

By then, they're too confused, too grateful, too broken to refuse. They let him do things no doctor should do, convinced they owe him, convinced this is special, convinced this is what they deserve for being so dirty.

\\\*END SCENE\\\*

I hope this got your creative juices flowing. I'm looking for a long term, slow build partner into humiliation and corrupting to play this very perverted doctor. Please be able to write at least a paragraph a response with your vile inner monolog given to me. Let me know you're kinks and limits in your opener and tell me a bit about your character. You can change the name if you would like.

[F4M] The Gentlemanly Doctor ( long term)
