Milky way Cookie candy still not in game

Data miners for the game have shown that Milky Way candy has been in the game for a few months when I last played you know when last played was? was when spice beast candy person, and his chapter got released. It is completely unacceptable that they have been teasing this goddamn candy for how many years now? I stopped playing for ages and decided to check the game and they have the audacity to not add this candy??? also there is way too many legendary cookies now and super epics. They are not feeling special anymore.
