Can the governor of Utah pardon?

Question

Just a thought. Public pressure and public sentiment is a powerful motivator for elected officials. Does the governor or any elected official higher or lower have the power of pardon for Ben's alleged "crimes". I've seen both folks on the far left and the far right pulling for Ben. The BAM case might be one of the most unifying happenings in a long time. I could see a politician wanting to seize on that moment and do the right thing regardless of whether or not they would do it otherwise.
