I NEEDED to sit up while shifting

Hey guys. I’m trying to keep it short.
The last few times that I tried to shift, I suddenly got very annoyed and felt a really really strong need to just sit up. I don’t know why. I did sit up, though it stopped me from shifting. I had to sit idfk 😭😭 it was so weird and sudden
