Is lower back pain a concern

When I first got periods I didn't had cramps for quite few months and I always had irregular periods I am 19F even if I started having cramps after a year of getting my periods it was manageable and won't last long but last 2 years were so much more different I had a really stressfull time during my highschool and when I got in 11th grade I started having lower back pain during periods instead of stomach cramps.... stomach cramps were so much more manageable but this lower back pain was so much severe that first time I had leave school cause I couldn't take it anymore and the severe backpain did happen quite few times last year specially one month was so much painful that I cried... going from a person who barely had cramps to this was astonishing I realised how much painful a period can be...all that pain lasted for maybe less than day it does get better with heating pads but I was quite scared if this is normal I thought this might have happened cause of my but stressfull lifestyle cause of studies and I did have a little back pain even when I am not on my periods but yeah it's not that severe...I took a drop this year and periods have been quite manageable as far as I remember last period came with a very little pain but today I got my periods and I have back pain again it's mild and manageable but idk why googled and got scared 😭🖐🏻 seeing the results showing endometriosis...I do not have painfull bowl movement or anything but I do have a bit weekness in my legs on the first day idk anymore if I should be concerned or not but yeah it did scared me a little
